The title is a relict from the past as the name says and and means really "adviser to the court". Well, times have changed, titles not. So I can only hope, that the award stands for the sign, that youth-policy eventually has become an important issue in Austria - as the present conference proves. But I must also add, that alone I could never have achieved anything without the great cooperation of my much, much younger partners: the young people who are the real experts - to them in fact the title should belong!!
